A New Beginning with God: Trusting Him Through Life’s Wilderness Seasons

Isaiah 43:18-19 states, “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

This season of life has felt like a wilderness, filled with challenges, self-reflection, and moments of uncertainty. Yet, YHWH is at work, creating something new. He is teaching me to walk in love, humility, and vulnerability, shaping me into the man, husband, and father I’m meant to be. Letting go of the past hasn’t been easy, but I’m learning that healing and transformation are worth the effort.

If you find yourself walking through a wilderness, trust in His promise. YHWH can make rivers flow in the deserts of our lives and open paths where we see none. His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and His plans are for our good, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Embrace the new thing He is doing in your life. It may be hard, but it will be worth it.
